Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We are located in Cape Coral Florida and serve Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties. Jobs more that 15 miles outside of Cape Coral are subject to a $.50/mile travel fee.

Q: Do you work with me or alone? 

A: We are flexible to work within whatever boundaries you are most comfortable with. We typically prefer to work together in sorting/editing stages then surprise you with a final reveal by taking on the organizing/labeling stages. Every client is different, we work side by side with some through every step; we come in and complete every step for others. It all depends on what works for you! 

Q: What if my project takes more or less time than the package I chose?

A: The amount of time a project takes varies greatly depending on many different things. If your project takes less time than is in your package and we have time left in that day’s session, we can start working on the next planned area.
If we do not complete your area in the session as expected we can work extra if schedules allow or book & schedule another session.  

Q: How long do I have to use the sessions in my package after purchasing. 

A: 6 months. 

Q: Is my information confidential?

A: Absolutely! While we do take photos, only upon your consent can they be shared or posted and your name/information will never be shared with them. Your information will never be shared outside of Forbes Functional Spaces. 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We can invoice on site, via email which allows for all major credit cards, debit or bank transfer. We also accept cash and check.
